Check off your those items on our list as you meander through the dozens of Downtown retailers. You will be able to find a gift to wrap up for everyone. And if you can’t, there are lots of great restuarants and personal service businesses that offer gift cards/certificates.

The entertainment will all be virtual this year. With a live band, visits from the Mayor and the Clauses, and announcements of this year’s Excellence in Downtown Awards.

A tradition in the Civic Center Plaza, since it was built as our community living room almost two decades ago, a locally sourced evergreen will be lit up and decked up as our community’s holiday tree.  The Mayor be leading us virtually in a the countdown to switch on the lights, but we must insist that everyone watch from home and then visit the lit tree at a later time with your family.

Last year, the Mrs Claus’ Pet Parade had us all wagging our tails. This year will be a little differnt, with a reverse parade as part of our virtual event.
