Centering to Heal

In this group we will explore ways of tending ourselves through mindfulness practices, somatic attunement and art engagement incorporating nature elements and recognize the collective care that comes from tending in community.  

Sessions are $85 each or $459 if you sign up for all 6.  We will reach out before sending you the invoice regarding this.  

The session dates are:

• August 2, 9:30-11 AM
• Aug 16, 9:30-11 AM
• Aug 30, 9:30-11 AM
• Sept 13, 9:30-11 AM
• Sept 27, 9:30-11 AM
• Oct 11, 9:30 - 11AM

Sessions will begin at Ancora Wellness in the group room.  Please wear comfortable clothing that accommodate moving and that can come in contact with art materials.  We will let you know ahead of time if we plan on being outside for our session.  If you have accessibility needs, please email Shannon at [email protected] or contact by phone or text at 971-377-7640.
