I have been lucky enough to attend some of the specialty workshops offered by Ancora Wellness, like Fire Cider with Niki Carr. Each one, I left educated, energized and engaged. As Kara continues building a team of wellness professionals who are able to share their professional expertise and passion to the optimal benefit of the Ancora client and our local community, I look forward attending more workshops, working with more Ancora professionals and watching Ancora help our community.
