Santa will be at the North Pole at HART again this year before he helps us light the City Holiday Tree in the Civic Center at 6p. Wander down 2nd Avenue toward Washington Street, you will find Santa and Friends for a picture taking opportunity with the man himself. Dress up and get your Christmas Card pics here!
