The name "Khantoke" refers to a traditional Lanna (Northern Thai) pedestal tray used as a small dining table. True to this heritage, the restaurant emphasizes hospitality and the communal joy of sharing a meal. Their menu is a balance of classic Thai staples and specialized regional variations, catering to a wide range of dietary needs with an extensive selection of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
