All of Oregon's spring rain and summer sun are a great recipe for Downtown Hillsboro's greenery. Almost too good! Downtown bushes and shrubs are in need of a haircut and we would LOVE for you and a friend to join. Hillsboro Downtown Partnership will host a pruning party complete with all the equipment you will need to assist us in this much needed annual maintenance. We will cut branches, leaves and limbs and haul them in carts to a central location where Beautification staff will take them to green waste.

Volunteers for this project must be able to walk, lift, and operate manual hand tools for the duration of this project. Volunteers are encouraged to bring your own gloves but will be provided some if you do not have your own. Please also bring water and snacks.

We will be meeting at Heritage Bank at 314 E Main St. and the project will run from 8:30-11:30AM.
