Any chance you are one of the folks in this record breaking crowd waiting for the lights on Hillsboro's Holiday Tree to get turned on? Wasn't it a spectacular evening? We are so glad you joined us and our many partners at this amazing community event! We thought this might be a good opportunity to introduce (or reintroduce) ourselves! We are the folks at your local nonprofit, the Hillsboro Downtown Partnership. Sometimes, we tend to stay behind the scenes and let our partners shine, but we are really proud to be the lead coordinators of Hillsboro Holly Days Celebration. When our organization formed 10 years ago, this was one of the first programs we were asked to take ownership of, and since then we have brought on more partners, expanded the footprint, and are even the new contractors for decorating the tree.If you loved this event and want to see it and Downtown continue to thrive into our future we would love if you could give even as little as $10 to Hillsboro Downtown Partnership. We know there are so many great causes to give to in our community, but if even a fraction of the estimated 20,000 people that attended Holly Days could give this small amount, we could leverage that through other funding sources to continue to build the Downtown we all love and our proud to call ours.
