May Volunteer Projects Wrap-Up
On May 7th, HDP teamed up with the Hillsboro Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW, and M&M Marketplace to clean up litter and graffiti for the VFW Day of Service. We had over 20 volunteers who attended and cleaned up over 100 pounds of litter! On May 23rd, a small, yet mighty team of volunteers attended our monthly Tidy Up Downtown event and cleaned another 50 pounds of litter from Downtown. You can get involved and keep Hillsboro clean and tidy twice next month on June 5th and 20th by signing up for our events on solveoregon.org and searching "Tidy Up"
